excellent product quality -- keep the standards high. Request that REI increase selection of women's petite pant sizes -- thanks so much for carrying some petitle pant sizes. I purchases a North Face petite pants and absolutely love them.

I ordered the product under the impression that I would get a 20% discount if I used my rebate and ordered from REI clearance. However the "computer system was down" (for maintenance) at REI at the time I ordered so I did not get my discount. No big deal, but probably best not to do "routine maintanence" when in the middle of a promotion... More

By not applying my outlet purchases towards my yearly dividend, I am just as likely to buy non-rei brands on sale elsewhere online. I am extremely satisfied with the product and price, but see little benefit to having an active membership if discounted purchases are not considered.

The website was easy to utilize. I liked the ratings available for apparel and products. I ordered a tri suit for a race and when it arrived I decided to change sizes. All of the items purchased were gifts for the same recipient. I requested one gift box for the two smaller items, but was told I had to purchase an individual box for each item. This was expense as well as not very friendly for the environment. Please consider changing your gift box options.

REI sent the wrong color of one item I ordered, and were out of that color upon my return of the item, so I didn't get one thing I ordered. Overall I'm very happy with the online ability to get free delivery to an REI store location.
