the shipping and handling was too expensive, it was almost as much as the cap, it will be my last resort, due to shipping cost.

I was not happy that the clothes were very wrinkled upon receipt. Cust support's response: We appreciate that you have taken the time to bring this matter to our attn, and will make sure that this info is fwd to the appropriate dept for review.

ove Ralaph Lauren rich colors and fitted styles. There was a jacket that had a scultped waist and a flirty "ruffled" back, a few years ago. It appeared in magazines in a houndstooth brown. Would like to get that in a brown or other color.

Shipping was a problem. My Gift boxes were placed in very large cardboard containers, and were not securely in place. During shipping, some gift boxes were shaken open, disgorging the contents and gift notes. This needs to improve.

I buy over $1,000 of Ralph Lauren products a year. I am incredibly dissapointed by the windbreaker I purchased. Th cloth flap covering the zipper is the wrong size so that it catches every single time.

Love buying direct but need an agreement with UPS to leave thd pkg. without a signature - I travel a lot and have a friend get my pkgs. UPS will not leave them - fortunately, so far they have taken them to the post office.

I always shop RL.com and have a great experience. This last time however, much for my great dissapointment, one of the items that I ordered and paid for, was out of stock and I was only notified of that after the package was already in my house.
