Great product, easy to order on line when ever I have the time and love the sale's. Customer service, no problem, and for those of you that have troble with pills they have soft-gels. Great place to shop for your pets. Mrs Halsey

I was being offered another product called mila,but i compared the label and your product was the same and even more ingredients at a fraction of this other company. i am glad i found you.

I was so disappointed at the COLLAGEN I bought. One of three bottles was opened（actually half of pills in that bottle scattered all over the box!!!）

customer service told me it was scheduled to arrive that day, but did not arrive until the following day (but that's UPS, what are you gonna do?!)

My order included free shipping. I was charged for shipping. I called and was refunded the shipping costs in about a week. Luckily I caught the discrepency and it did not effect my checking account (I made my purchase with my debit card).
