We didn't know that part of our order was back ordered until it didn't show up with the shipment. We have NO idea when these items will ship, so we are in limbo. If we receive the items in a timely fashion, we will happiy give P.S. a great review.

Order did not match picture. Rec'd brass, not porcelain handles. Asked customer support how I could resolve this. The response I received simply stated the part number I ordered and the part number of faucets with porcelain handles. Not how to resolve.
