I've never had a problem with anything I ever ordered from P&H...great quality products..one of my favorite catalogs..

Two issues: 1) The Live Well advertising a $20 rebate was very hokey and misleading. 2) The telephone Cust Svc was advertising an upside-down tomato plant for $10 on day I was ordering and said I could get same price online, but couldn't.

My disappointment in this product is that the specifications declared that the trellis was 108" and even after putting the 10" bottom part of it together, it is certainly no taller than 72" tall.

When I made my order the ONLY color available was red. When I called to say the wrong color was shipped (sage green) I was told that's what I ordered. I made my order online and could not choose a different color. Cust service was excellent however.

the winter wreath looked 'nice' & of good quality in online photo, in person it looks cheap, if I'd seen it in a store, i'd never have purchased it. 2nd item, a pair of crocs, were expensive & hurt my feet, dont like them.

The only complaint I have is that I was not able to track it on line. I kept being informed that they had been notified that it was being shipped.
