I got an email every day informing me the part was on back order. Maybe once every 3-4 days would be a better interval, especialy since they obviously had no information about when the back order would actually be filled.
The product was listed as in stock but it was not and was a discontinued item. Ordering was a waste of my time and customer service did not try to help.
I called quickly to cancel the order..I was told and had email saying it had been cancelled. THEN I received email that it had been shipped...I could return it , but I would still pay the shipping costs...FRUSTRATING and COSTLY....
Response to my first question was slow, and when I did receive a reply, the person seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Response to my second question has not happened yet, so I cannot comment fully.
