This was my first order with POSGlobal.com and did not see any indication that product was not immediately available. I called when it had not arrived after 10 days and was told it was out of stock when I had placed my order. I won't likely order again.

I placed an order for some Hand-Held Scanner cables on 6/26/09. Today, is 9/15/2009 and i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO one has contacted me at all to let me know the order is on the way or is backordered.

The price of the product was the best I could find. The price for shipping was the best (FREE)!!! And I received the product in only a couple of days. I plan to use POSGlobal again.

The printer with MSR arrived very quickly (2 days). It was actually quicker than I was getting the merchant account set up for it's use, so Iam not yet able to comment on its operation.

When I called to check for the status of the shipment, he wanted to charge more for the S&H. After I refused to pay more, he said he was out of stock. I do not trust this company.
