I already pay for the items I ordered, ($89.81) and OuletNutrition has not sent any merchandise, nor has sent back my money. I considere this experindce like a con.
I have not gotten my product, nor did I get my money back. I tried to call but the number was disconnected. So how do I get the green tea that I ordered? It has been over a month now and I would like to have the tea. Please let me know how to handle this.
There was no notification that my items were on backorder which is unacceptable because I wouldn't have made the purchas had I known. It turns out the backorder is ONE MONTH then it still has to ship.
I have yet to receive my whole order. Had I known this before I would never have placed the order. The shipment was supposed to arrive by Apr 27, didn't. The operator was curt & offered no apology Won't use this site again
I ordered my product on 4/15/09...today it is 4/27/09 and it is still not here. I have no idea where the product is or when it will come but 12 days is ridiculous!
I still do not know where is my order, after several phone calls and an email. I place my order over 10 days ago. Never again I will buy from this company. They send me 2 automated emails for my order tracking, but there is no tracking at all
