This is the first time I want to buy some product but I never receive my orden. At this moment you sending two email asking to me if I receive the orden. You charge the same orden double to my credit card. You have to improve your system.

good products, good prices. great resource library. quick delivery. i like that you recycle boxes but can you use paper or other recyclable instead of packing peanuts?

I received my order and everything was satisfactory. There was one little glitch! I also received a second order in my package that did not belong to me. I called customer service and they in turn sent me a return label to send the order back to the company.

if you order from only natural pet store quite a bit , there should be a shipping discount offered .and lower prices on high quality wet food and dry food ..

I like your products but I do find the shipping costly. For that reason I will check for products in my area....otherwise I will continue using yours. I'm very impressed that your using wind power that is great and your care for the enviroment.

I was impressed by the prompt delivery, and ease of ordering online. The amount I paid for the dog food is the same as if I bought it from the store, probably a little less expensive if you factor in the gas it would take since I live far from the stores that carry that particular dog food.
