I love being able to shop all my plus size options at one location (Woman Within, Roamans, Silhouette, Jessica Longer) They were out of stock on my first choice, but I do like what I got

I ordered boots with plus size calf and got regular size. they looked just like the boots on the website, but were not the right calf size. i can't help but wonder what else is misrepresented like that on your site.

I loved the idea of me being able to order plus size clothing online. The one thing I will suggest is that you tell the consumer that things run very big. I would normally by a 3 x or more but my goodness they are so much bigger than I expected.

they are supposed to be wide width but arn't very wide

The ordering was simple, tracking easy, etc. But I was very disappointed in the materials of the items and the sizing. Will keep two and send back two.
