All the reps that I have talked with are kind and respectful and helpful, but I find everytime I talk to them about issues of my order, it takes longer to resolve than expected.

It was impossible to remove the label on the side of the magazine box without damaging it, forcing me to leave them on. Not the look I was after.

I still haven't gotten credit for my Maxx Perks and it took a long time to receive one of my items. I would have rather been told the item that it would be delayed right away and I could have gotten it at a different store.

rec'd an email that said some items would be shipped separately. No additional messages and no shipment until I called and inquired about my missing items. My first mail order from Office Max and not very impressive!

Product purchased was a printer. It did not have a printer-to-PC cable included. This should have been made clear in the product description. I could have added one to my order and saved myself a trip to the electronics store.

Filing cabinet was very poor quaility. Purchased online, but only offered exchange rather than cash refund. Limited stock of what I was looing for in store.

the only person that helped me thru this ordeal was Supervisor Sharman at 1-800-322-2713 ext 7084. she was excellent as making me understand the situation and offered compensation for my ordeal.
