I haven't hung up this chandelier yet so do not know if all the parts etc are in the box and in good condition. I plan to have it hung within the next few weeks.

Service was good, but the lamp shade was broken when delivered. I contacted the online distributor and they were extremely helpful in ordering a replacement. I have not received the replacement yet, but I expect to receive it shortly.

The product was received ontime. However, This product was an open box. I guest some one had bought this item and returned. The quality of this product is very poor. I would try not to by product from the same manufacturer again.

beautiful lamp, excellent for reading, chain instead of knob for turing on/off good for arthritic hands

phone inquiry indicated the item would ship in 2 days, arrive with 3-6 business days. I found it on my doorstep that evening. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.
