I would have ordered several items but the availability of sizes and colors was quite limited. In one case, the size/color I wanted was not available but then it popped up as a suggestion but would not let me select it. Then I phoned in and fulfilled the order.

monogram info had to be called-in. the person answering the phone did not speak very well so the whole on-line experience turned out to be a tgime-consuming phone order

phone call was necessary due to i live in canada and even with a neiman marcus they can't due the order on line

I purchased a Wedding -shower gift for my grandson's bride. There was a good selection- I was able to ship it directly to her. If she is not happy she can return or exchange it. NM does beautiful gift wrap.

This website is easy to navigate and very well designed. I ordered cosmetics and received my order quickly. It is very easy to order from this site and I highly recommend it!

Everyrhing was fine as usuall. The only call I had to make was an possible 'error' was made while ordering On Line. Not everything was included in an e-mail which I've recived from that Site.
