All was excellent except for the Fed Express shippment tracking process was inconsistense. There was tracking at the beginning of the process, but not during the process.

The only problem was that the box taping had split open and most of the packing material was in the truck, but no items were damaged. I loved the quality of the items.

I would like to have been able to pick a response under each question in this survey. Is it an error that I couldn't? I contacted them by email and by ph before ordering to ask questions,also at the time of ordering, and had to follow up because I have back ordered items. I ordered 2 sink grids and was surprised at the quality of the product. I was very pleased with my order. My order was at my home within 3 days. They had the lowest price and free shipping. This place is a winner in my book and I would buy from them again. I would recommend them to a friend.
