The toilet was as described & delivered in a timely manner. I'd suggest that they emphasize that this particular model mounts to the floor differently and has a very tight tolerance for the rough-in length.

Order was rec'd in a timely manner, but main items were sent by truck freight- UPS Ground would have delivered my 100 lb sink to my door with much less hassle for similar or less cost than truck freight firm which req'd me to take off work to meet truck.

It was obvious that the first sink delivered was a damaged return from a previous customer. "Freeport Plumbing" should have taken greater care to assure that the sink they provided was new.

Customer service representative very helpful in resolving delivery of right sink. However, warehouse shipped wrong color replacement sink. Customer service was again quite responsive and correct sink arrived in two days
