I was very delighted with my whole experience, however, disappointed to find out that although I place my order on 8/28/08 my purse was not shipped until 9/3/08, delaying my order almost a week!

I purchase a Prada handbag for my wife.When I recieved the package the zipper was broken off the handbag.

When I received my order I was short two purses. I called and they overnighted the missing items to me. Awesome customer service and very friendly. We will definetly be doing a lot of business with this company.

Haven't actually used my purchase yet, so can't honestly be rating things at 10, but my initial reaction was "wow!" I'd pay almost this much for something of this quality even if it didn't look like a designer brand.

The Prada messenger bag was much smaller than I was lead to believe from the web site. I did NOT like having to sit and home and wait for a UPS delivery that I had to sign for. That was absolutely a huge waste of time. Why did I have to sign for one of the deliveries but not the other?

I received the wrong goods and one item was not sent as it was out of stock. I emailed to request that my shipping be refunded, as I would have to pay for the return from Britain and have had no response. My shipping of $47.00 should be refunded as the item sent was incorrect.
