Loved the product and it is not easy to find Global knives everywhere. Good price and loved the free shipping. That makes a huge difference when choosing an online vendor.

The item (All Clad Stainless Cooker) is a gift and it has not been opened yet and so I cannot comment yet if the product is good or not. Based on the other web comments, I hope the ceramic interior does not break.

The instruction sheet is sub standard for an item costing $100.00. Does not fully explain the procedure for smoking an item in the roaster. Love the product itself.
