The outer container of the massage cream was broken when delivered.

I returned the original chair that I ordered. I did not like the plastic or that it was made in China. The return was easy and Massage Tools responded quickly to my return request. I am very pleased with the Oakworks chair.

I would have liked to have purchased the fitted sheets without having to also buy the top sheets

I never received a receipt for my order. There was no email receipt sent to me. This is unusual and I need a receipt for tax purposes. Also, I was not notified when my items shipped, which is also unusual.

My career as a therapist begins August 24, my first day of class. Expenses for the massage curriculum are high and I needed an affordable, quality made table and accessories. Massage-Tools had what I needed at a price I could afford! Thank you.

The color I wanted was not available. I would have preferred a phone call advising me of the situation and I would have waited for the color I wanted. No big thing!!
