When tryiing to clarify and fix the problems, people were very unpleasant and did not help me at all. I cancel part of my order (main part, my computer). Then I had many problems to receive the refund in my creit card.
I never got an answer to my email request for help, and as a result didn't get quite what I thought I was getting. The extra contact might have helped. But I got a solid product at a great value, so I'm happy with the deal.
Purchased a 4TB, dual drive, external harddrive. Customer support said it would act as two 2TB harddrives, not as a single 4TB harddrive. Don't worry, Western Digital cust support didn't get it right either. Found answer on line.
