There was a problem with the battery for new phone. They will replace. Also still looking for resolution for my 2nd phone. Will followup today.

I did not like the fact that I was not made aware of the terms and conditions until after the phone had shipped. I thought the price was right though and I like the phone.

The 2nd customer service representative we spoke with wasn't very helpful and was border line rude. I had to disconnect the call from this guy. I called right back in and s/w a rep name Adreienne who was very helpful and answered all the questions we had.

your website for existing AT&T customers to renew is very confusing. I was going to wind up with a new phone number. Not good!
