the LV bag came in LV box that was broken/ worn. It was inside of a outer carton I dont quite understand how it can be broken inside but not outside? It was suppose to be a gift it made me hard to send the box along w the bag to the recepien

if there are many customers miss the delivery due to the stupid FedEX, could you please figure out some solutions or methods to improve the problem? this may affect consumers' negative feeling to keep purchaseing again. overall, thank you for your supports.
