I ordered the model with white dial, received with silver, it's hard to tell on web page, description said "silver white"!?!? it was a b-day present, she's gonna keep it anyway, to much hassle sending it back, I'm disappointed. service was super, though.

Their web site says a watch is in stock - I ordered it 2 weeks ago and I had to call to find out that it was out of stock and they had cancelled the order. I then reordered from them yesterday when it said it was in stock and that in stock items ship out within 24 hours. Again, it was out of stock.

The watch was a lot bigger than we expected it to be from the picture. My daughter removed the sticker that was on the watch...therefore we can not return it as stated in the letter received with the watch.

When I initially placed the order you should have told me then that you did not have my watch in stock and had to go to the manufacturer. I thought I would get my watch in 2 days... not 2 days after the 10 days it took to get it to you.
