At first my order was back ordered & I was not informed! I contacted the company via live chat.No help. I called was assisted by Andrea who was EXTREMELY helpful & was able to resolve all of my issues in a timely manner. She turned the experience around.

At no time during my order was I told that the size 9 Tabi Boots were out of stock. I did not find this out until Tuesday afternoon, 5 days after my order was placed I called into customer service to see why my order was: "In Process Status" on the 27th
