The only problem that I have with JoAnn.com is that when you do have a problem with an order, they do not respond to the emails sent to them. The only thing that was a problem was who delivered by package. DHL is the ONLY carrier that has a hard time finding my house. As many times as they have been there and they can NEVER find the house, they always have to call. UPS or FEDX NEVER have a problem finding the house, just DHL. SO...please don't use these people....they are useless.
The purchase was delivered fast and on time. However the item is not what I expected. It does not operate easily and I plan on returning it. It does look like the item has been used and then was repackaged and shipped to me. It is very difficult to operate and I will never use it.
I find it much more convenient to order yarn online because there is a more complete selection of yarns and colors. It saves me from getting frustrated. I purchased some smaller items, too, that would've sent me on a search in the store. Of course, I could always ask a sales clerk the location of the item. I have shopped at the Joanns store and the online version is just as great. It had all the accessories for the project I was planning and I will most definately be back.
