I was very pleased with the pants I ordered. They fit well, are very nice looking and have already a part of my favorites in my wardrobe. The shirt was a little more casual then I thought and it was too big. The size problem was my fault, I'm the one who ordered that size. I have made many purchases from the Jessica London group and have naver had to make a return. Their customer service staff is always very helpful and professional. I will shop there again very soon

Quality of the sweater was suitable for casual wear, but not as business as advertised. Would look very tacky and cheap with a suit.

I received a 5X sweater that I didn't order although they put a sticker on it and said it was a blazer that I did order (I didn't receive the blazer, but was charged). When I received an email that they had received the sweater and shipped out my blazer, they charged me shipping - again, even though it was their error. I called and a nice gentleman removed... More

The coat I ordered was, as I'd hoped a little darker (teal) in color than the photo online. The quality seems to be good for the price. The material of the dress was very thin and scratchy. Not at all what I expected as I have been fairly satisfied with my purchases thus far. Also, the dress was was not packaged well and was therefore extremely wrinkled when I received it.
