Promised delivery on the 19th and did not receive until the 25th. We were married on the 23rd.l

I highly recommend you go to as many other jewelry stores and find what you like then go on JamesAllen.com to save big dollars for the same thing. I have recommended this site to everyone and anyone looking at jewelry.

There is a large error in the AGS document. The dimensions stated were 2mm larger in width AND length; total of 3 mistakes. Unacceptable since the AGS records are also wrong at their website........

item shipped 3 days later than quoted when i bought it. I rcvd no response to my email to assigned CS rep re delivery. FedEx shipment took many days longer than quoted. Finally, your CS rep has the gall to email me for a positive ivouch recommendation.

My experience with Jame Allen jewelers was excellent. I purchased a loose diamond and it was delivered to my door even faster than I anticipated. In fact the diamond I purchased had already been sold and I recieved a upgrade in my diamond clarity.
