I never received my order and I try to contact HBC and could not get person to talk to by phone or e-mail

The product that I ordered didn't look anything like the pictures. The coffee mugs and cups had the Alabama Crimson Tide Elephant. The coffee mugs/cups that I received had the big Alabama "A" on them. I will not buy from this company again.

While this product is not exactly what I thought it would be, I had wanted the "Fan Brands" (UA & AU) for August Birthday presents. The UA brand I received is not like the ones shown on a WUSA TV morning interview program in May 2009.

My only negative comment would be that the tip of the cue was not on the stick and I'll have to take it somewhere to have it fixed.

Not only did I not receive the merchandise as originally promissed my credit card was debited for the amount of the purchase over 45 days ago. I will be monitoring my credit card for the appropriate credits. 7/7/2009

I called and asked when it would come. Nobody called me back. I emailed to find out when it would come and I did not get a reply. Horrible customer service. I can not believe I did not get a reply from the call or the email.
