A really nice touch was to get an e-mail from UPS saying Herbspro asked UPS to let me know the package was delivered and was at the front door. I went to the door, and there it was.

We just received the order today (Sept 30). No Kava tea was available, or we would have purchased several boxes. The other items are repeat purchases, which we are satisfied with.

I wasn't notified that the product I ordered was discontinued until I called to find out why it hadn't arrived, even though my credit card had been charged. The replacement product is much more expensive/ higher dose than I need

I paid for priority mail when I ordered, which is 2 days. I called after the 3rd day & customer service said it hadn't left yet. I ship products daily by priority mail & I was charged over $9 for my order which cost $4.00 to ship & I got it 10 days later!
