Was told the order was complete then the next day was told that the item was no longer being sold. Did not like the way this order flow was handled. Will not even try to use the web site again and will tell others how this company works.

I enjoyed doing business with the store overall, but, as with most business, you get offer, after offer, for things you do not need, nor want. I wish all stores would just take the order, and, finish. It isn't unusual, however, as everyone seems to want to sell you more, and, more stuff. Overall, HP is good.

Hewlitt Packard has a very informative and easy to use website. Looking for a product can be done quickly when using their menus. Am very impressed with how well thought out their site is. Makes buying online a pleasure!

Great place to shop for HP related items. The replacement cartridge package for my printer can't be matched elsewhere. Next day delivery coupled with no shipping charges...how do you beat that!!
