I ordered with the expectations that HP would automatically send me the free Windows 7 upgrade when it came in. Instead, I wasted 1 1/2 hrs ordering through a 3rd party when HP should have set up to automatically send when upgrade came in.

This is my first laptop (at age 62) and I love it. I got my HP Pavilion dv6t in Moonlight White and it is stunning! I also ordered the Lightscribe Blu-Ray and Integrated HDTV. I am still learning everything this computer can do to simplify my life.

Love the machine purchased through EPP. I was put off by an offer for only an additional $10.00 after purchasing 2 media center desktops and monitors and 2 all-one-printers when I purchased this one. Also TV tuner card and bluetooth mouse.
