I cant tell by the model number on the hard drive, what is for. A desk top or for a laptop!

product does not work, user manual for wrong product, customer service was no help, very disatisfied.

Geeks has a lot of neat items, Some times it is hard to tell if it5 is compatable with my system mainly my 64 bit opperating system. I wish they would make it a practice to list things like that

For some unkown reasons Geeks takes its time shipping then it takes over 10 days b4 you get the product

I am having trouble. I installed dvd drive but the software does not recognize it. I have been unable to get the drivers from HP or Panasonic.

The manufacture told me they did not support WiFi repeater mode with this device. The Geeks add said it would work in the WiFi repeater mode. I could not get it to work in this mode.
