I truly love my purchase; however, I was disappointed in how long it took to receive my purchase. I finally picked it up at their distribution office myself after tracking indicated it had been on their delivery truck but not delivered for four days.

Never got a delivery date when placed order; called & was given 2 week window; 2nd call said it was being packed up; I got a tracking confirmation 2 days later. Deliverer left package without signature in the rain-not a smart thing to do with furniture.

I ordered a TV stand console. Incredibly, the center section came with a shelf, but the two enclosed side sections apparently come with shelf pegs already in place but no shelves! What gives? Aside from this quirk, I am very satisfied with the furniture.

The furniture was lovely. One piece, the while tiled kitchen table seems sturdy, but a tile cracked the first week.

Table top was damaged. Photos were taken and e-mailed to customer service. I am now awaiting replacement of table top.

The top corner of the furniture was a little crushed. If it was in the store, I could choose another one. I don't want to go through the return, order, wait, and unpack again. So I decided to take this one.

The table and chairs are just as described and are perfect for the space I placed them in. Everything was included in the order (all nuts, etc.) The items were well-packaged, and products not harmed.

I was happy with everything excpt the deliveery where they left a heavy box outside on my porch and did not carry it in. the housekeeper was expectring the package.
