The furniture was listed as taupe but in my house it looks green...It is much larger than I thought it looked on the computer screen...I of course cannot return it cause we threw away the original packing.S

The delivery people were very reluctant to let me see the furniture before I signed for it. I found this attitude unhelpful.

I had purchase a Pallister recliner & ottoman which was quite easy to assemble. I like the color and quality of the leather, but most of all the chair is very comfortable.

FurnitureBlue had excellent customer service!!!! As soon as I placed my order, the folks noticed a mistake I made with my order. Customer service called me right away!!! AMAZING!!! Loved them!

The fireplace homeintertainment center is great and sure looks good in our home.The family was in for the holidays and all really liked the fire-place and the quality of the home-intertainment center

The furniture was delivered in ice & show storm). The ISSUE WE HAVE IS THAT The rocker recliner does not close with ease. It takes great effort with difficulty to close the bottom section with your legs.

The initial purchasing experience and tracking was excellent. The communication afterward to get the missing pieces shipped was terrible. It took another 3 weeks, with no follow up on tracking until I e-mailed a second time to complain.
