One of the items I ordered was damaged at the warehouse so they weren't sending them out. But they never sent me an email and I was wondering WHY it was taking them so long to get my products to me? I had to call and ask...then they told me.

I was extremely pleased with the overrall ease of using their website to browse, resd others' comments on various products, their payment options, the free shipping code,,,, but most of all, I was very happy with my product and it's delivery time-line.
