I placed an order on 10/22, and per their online advertising, they promised that the item "usually ships within 24 hours". On 10/29 I received an email stating "Estimated shipment date is by the middle of November". I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

I bought an on sale bag and hope it will be a great purchased. The bag came in 3 days. It had worn out both corner and some dirty spot. Contact customer service to return, but I have to pay restocking fee 10 percent. bad experince

I can not believe how quickly my order arrived! I recieved my rings two days after I placed my order. To top off the amazing delivery, the 3 Antica Murrina rings I got are gorgeous!

I ordered and quickly received 2 pairs of earrings and 2 pendants. The red coral earrings had one broken piece of coral. I would like them to send me another piece of coral and I will fix it myself.This is the 4th time I am e-maiing them. Help!
