The boom box was advertised as Brand new. But it came in a plain brown box and didn't include any instruction manuals, etc. It works ok, but we're dissappointed that we don't have any instructions to refer to, etc.

Received goods in 7 days in South Africa after requesting additional postage rates. Excelent service, goods exactly as advertised

i was very unhappy with dogstar radios,i would not recommend them.i read problems other people had with them but thought i was in no hurry for my order and their prices were lower so i thought i would give them a try,big mistake ordered on feb. 25th order was suppose to be at my house on march 3rd,no package,waited another week,no package,called customer... After numerous attempts to contact the company, (leaving messages) the only response i recieved was after elevating it to a dispute using Pay Pal, after which they sent an apology and awaiting confirmation of refund-

Radio was perfect when it arrived! It was two weeks late and I couldn't get in touch with anyone.

I rec'd confirmation on my order and a subsequent e-mail giving me a delivery date and UPS tracking number. I waited all day for my pkg and when it didn't arrive UPS informed me they never rec'd merchandise from vendor. I called DogStar and e-mailed numerous times. Tried contacting dogstar by phone and online chat (both were unavailable). The only means of communication was through email. I asked about the shipment status a couple times and got a response saying only that the order had been shipped and the expected delivery was 3/25. No real tracking was available.
