The chalkboard seemed to be cheaply made and was cracked when I received it. After calling customer service I spoke with Tanya, she was very helpful. Tanya told me she would refund me $40.00 of my purchase, this made me feel better about my purchase.

they went above and beyond to ensure that i received matching products and made all efforts to contact me before sending the incorrect product i had ordered. I really appreciate them going the extra mile. A special thank you to Tunya Higgins.

I was confused about ordering on the web site a needed accessory for my main order. However, I called the toll free number they provided and they fixed everything right up immediately in an efficient, friendly manner.

The cabinets's paint job is horrible. Both cabinents appeared to have been painted in a rush and there are areas of inconsistant coverage. I am upset with the quality.
