Product was definitely not worth the cost. could have bought a better quality rug at any rug store.

The restocking fees are outrageous, unfair, not clearly advised upon purchase (only if you specifically read the return policy beforehand) and punitive. I will never do business with this vendor again.

I had a very good experience with Cymax and I fully intend to shop there for everything that I may need....I especially appreciate the "free shipping"...I don't buy items like this on line because by the time the shipping costs are added it is to much.

The safe I must contact honywell to ask them about the hinges once could knock them out and open the safe...UMMM
