Box appeared to have been opened prior to shipping, although product inside appeared to be ok. Perhaps it was a returned item. I assumed it would have been a new item. I have no issues with this.

I love the product lines they carry and at very reasonable prices! High end products that cost only a bit more than lower end products you would find in places like Wal-mart, that wouldn't last even 1/4 of the time what you find at CutleryAndMore.com.

HAVE PURCHASED FROM CUTLERY AND MORE BEFORE AND HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. ALL ITEMS HAVE GOOD PRICING AND ARE SHIPPED IN THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PACKAGING. MERCHANDISE WAS RECEIVED AS TOLD AT TIME OF PURCHASE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS MERCHANT.

I was able to find the knife set I was looking for quickly. The other places I looked did not have the selection that Cutlery and More has.
