The cedar planks were purchased as a gift after being recommended by a friend who had also purchased them for a gift. They arrived in less than a week, super fast. Since I did not use them I cannot speak to their quality.

I did not receive any tracking information and didn't know when to expect the arrival of my order. It was not a problem for me, but could be for some.

Didn't like that the order was shipped separately and I paid two shipping charges. In addition, expected delivery date was off on one of the items.
