Package, as received, was not damaged; however, product (front-seat contents carrier) was "crumpled" to fit its box. Compared to similar Case product available locally, my product looked "battered"; but, otherwise, it works as expected; so I'm content.

I wish I could have had the Sport Backpack in YELLOW...but the GREEN one is very nice, too. But I was especially blown away by the COURTESY DISCOUNT extended to me! WAY-COOL customer service gesture/strategy. I'm a happy customer despite no YELLOW(!) :)

This is the only storage product that I will use for my entertainment company. The cd pro sleeves are simply the best and I still have many that have been in service for over ten years. Thanks again for a great product! Robert

Case Logic sells products that seem sturdy for the price. Their website needs better menus for searching for item types. There is no menu icon for the tool storage products. An on-site search for "tools" will display them, if you know they exist.

Approximate shipping date was helpful, however more precise information would been more suitable, as I am moving to a new home within the month. Overall, my experience with Caselogic was quite good.
