I am so impressed with the customer support agent I spoke with. My order was supposed to ship out the same day but it didn't. The agent changed my shipping to 2 day shipping and I got it in 1 day.

I ORDERED A JACKET FOR MY 16 YR. OLD G-SON WHO NEVER LIKES ANYTHING. HE REALLY LIKED IT & THE SIZE WAS ACCURATE.IT WAS SHIPPED & DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM. FAST!!! THE PRICE WAS GREAT & HE TELLS ME THE QUALITY IS TOO.THE TRANACTION WASFAST & EASY.

I was looking for a particular item during off season. It seemed that it was out of stock everywhere I looked. Then there it was at BobWards & on sale as well. Even with 3 day shipping it was less than I had seen it listed at any other store or site.
