I was not able to track my package using the tracking number sent to me. This may have been a problem with UPS, but I could not track it, even on the day it was delivered. It is not that big of a deal, as the package came on time, it was just a bit frustrating.

I was looking for a cardigan sweater. I had the item in my shopping cart, but had to leave it there overnight. Upon return someone else had placed the item in their cart. Both of my shoes came in a box marked damaged,the boxes were taped and looked like they've been to hell and back. The shoes were used and dirty. I ordered the silver pair for my wedding day, and I almost started crying when I saw them. I called costumer service for some help and I did not get that, the lady said well just send them back and we'll refund... More
