One of my items was delayed due to unavailability at the time of ordering. I did receive it but much later. By the time it was delivered to me, it was on sale in the catalog I received the next day. Can't win.

I have shopped at Blair for many years. Both on-line and in the store in downtown Warren, Pa. I will continue to shop there for as long as I am still shopping...

I did not have to pay shipping to receive my order, however, I had to pay shipping to return it. I do not think that was fair.

I liked the quality of the products I ordered, however, the color in the catalog was not quite the color of what I got. The catalog color caused me to order the sweater I did, but the color was not the same when I received it.

The item I ordered was too big and the two other shirts were on back order so I requested that those be cancelled.

The product was ordered in August and not delivered till Nov. When it arrived it was as described but ran MUCH too large. It doesn't pay to return it because of the shipping charge
