My experience with BeverageFactory was definately positive. I was very pleased with the quality and price of my purchase. I would like to see them offer delivery times after regular work hours; even until 5:00 pm instead of just until 4:00.

Took a lot longer to ship then it should have. It ended up being about two weeks to get my order. A little disappointed there, but overall good order.

The lady who set up the delivery was very snippy and unfriendly. I would have thought the delivery people would have unpacked the item and taken the rubbish (boxes) with them. I was left to unpack and dispose of the packaging myself.

The unit we purchased must have fallen during shipment. The bottom back corner was damaged. Because it won't affect the performance of the unit and because I don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to return it, we will keep this unit.

Took 2 weeks to ship "in-stock" item. Took a week to arrive once shipped. Fed-Ex left package outside in rain with no delivery notification.

Took quite a while to receive my item when I was told 4 business days over the phone. Realistically took twice that amount of time from the day I called to order the item.
