I love the buffet lamps I ordered but the harps are defective. I was told that I would receive two replacements but instead received one decorative piece. I will have to return the lamps if this matter is not resolved SOON.
I think an email confirmation that the order has shipped with a tracking number is needed. Otherwise, I did not know that my order had shipped until I called customer service. When I did however, I found that my order would be delivered that day.
I have ordered from Bellacor in the past. My experiences have all been excellent -- service has always been excellent, product selection is great, maneuvering the web site is easy -- the shopping experience is always wonderful.
This is my second order for lights from Bellacor and I have been very satisfied both times. I will most likely be making an additional order for wall lights in the same Chaparral model in the near future as well as an order for bedroom lights.
I didn't receive the product I ordered. I called and spoke to a CSR who emailed me UPS stickers. I had to take them to a UPS shipper and send the items back. Not a good way to start a what I had hoped to be a good buying experience.
