I have always had a good experience with beauty.com. Would be nice if you had travel size samples instead of packet size ones. That makes it hard to really try a product.
This purchase had a a back ordered item canceled from it with no explanation as to why. I would call customer service and ask, but in the past, they're phone agents have been rude and/or clueless.
Shipping is always very fast! My one complaint is that sometimes things are not packaged well. A lot of bottles of liquid get put into bags which is good - but they usually leak. I am not so happy when my products leak especially when they are expensive!
