The PC is great but it was shipped without manuals or a backup dvd for the operating system. I am going through a small bit of hell trying to find a compatible dvd format for the recorder to make a backup. Other than that issue the computer is wonderful.

The wine fridge I received is fantastic and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it is bent and damaged, and I just noticed does not keep a seal with the door.

Product was a discontinued item, did not work properly. I threw away the box and was unable to return item. Was told by Delonghi the item was discontinued but they will replace for $9.99 plus shipping.

UPS GAVE ME A DAMAGED PRODUCT THAT THEY DAMAGED. i SPOKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE IN THE DEPT. HE IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
