Everything showed up in good shape and on time. I appreciate that the B&H shipping department adds additional packing to the items to ensure their safe arrival.

I was very impressed with how B&H Photo kept me up-to-date with a shipping number for UPS. Just one click and I had the info of where my package was at any time.

Its ridiculous they held my order for virification and did not responded to my e-mails. My credit card co. released the payment to B&H, but still they did not honor my order and worst of all the verification department did not responded to my e-mails.

I always look to B&H first for all Photo needs. i've ordered from them in the past and will again at some time. prior orders were via phone with great help and results. this was via the internet and was a good experience.
