I am furious at the difficulty i am having buying a new IPhone. Travelled from NYC (where they refused to let me even ask questions about the IPhone options, wouldn't give me a ticket for an appt to ask someone and then the next day told me the IPhone was sold out all over NYC!) to Hingham MA where they had the IPhone but still would not answer... More

I bought my wife her video IPOD from them and I was able to engrave it, something that you can't do elsewhere. when she received it, she went and ordered me one and engraved it. The next thing we bought was the IPhone. We wanted to engrave that as well, but that option didn't go with this. They send you an email for your records with all the details... More

same products available elsewhere cheaper and faster..customer service is a no show. products are so so in quality. battery life in ipods..nowhere near whats claimed

These people are golden. No pressure. No sweat. Merchandise arrived earlier than the time promised and it was packaged perfectly and complete. When I had a problem with registration of a new software product a very patient helpdesk person(from India I think) walked me through it successfully. THE WEB SIGHT IS NOT AT ALL USER FRIENDLY I FEEL THE DIRECTIONS SHOULD BE CLEARER. I DID PURCHASE SOME OTHER THINGS OTHER THAN MUSICE RECORDING AND IT WAS FAST AND EASY. BUYING THE MUSIC IS A BIT HARDER
