Bought iPhone headphones that were designed, packaged and made to look like original Apple equipment, but were cheap Chinese knockoffs that don't work.

Product was not compatible with my cell phone so purchase was useless and if I return, store site states nonrefundable shipping so I paid for item to be shipped to me then have to pay to return so where is customer satisfaction?

I tried to use the support tool to verify the item was in stock, but couldn't get it to work. I ordered the item, entering personal data & credit card number, only to have the company reply that the item was not in stock and my order was canceled.
